Moderna on Innovating Clinical Trial Partnerships to Expand Access

Jessica Perry, Director, Patient Centricity and Clinical Innovation at Moderna is an expert in decentralized clinical trial solutions and has worked in clinical research for more than 20 years. As a seasoned clinical research professional, Ms Perry drives forward innovative solutions and strategic clinical trial operations to better serve participants. Prior to joining Moderna, Ms Perry was a leader in the development of decentralized trial offerings including both technical and operational process development, recruitment strategies, remote trial coordination and investigator support with IQVIA. Since joining Moderna in 2020, Ms Perry oversees the strategy development of decentralized trial approaches and implementation across the Moderna clinical trial pipeline and supports teams in fostering new ways of working in clinical trials to expand access, reduce trial burden, and enhance the trial experience.

Josh Rose, Vice President, CVS Health Clinical Trial Services (CTS), is a clinical research industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience. Mr Rose leads the CTS clinical trial delivery business providing patient-first research within designated HealthHUB locations, the home and virtually. Mr Rose is also responsible for CTS strategy and partnerships. Prior to joining CVS Health, Mr Rose was Vice President and Global Head of Strategy for the Research and Development Solutions Business at IQVIA, while also launching and leading its decentralized clinical trial (DCT) and home research nursing service businesses.Mr Rose has an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois. He lives in Chapel Hill, NC.
