Patient Scholarships
The Patient Scholarship program is an opportunity for patients who’ve experienced a clinical trial to attend the meeting. The purpose is to provide an opportunity for patients experienced in clinical trials to share their feedback with industry. Full scholarships are offered on a first come, first served basis. For information on how to apply please email service@tcfllc.org. All inquiries must be received by February 9th.
Transfer, Cancellation & Payment Policies
Payment must be received in full by the event date. Any discounts will be applied to the conference registration fee and cannot be combined with other offers. If you are unable to attend and would like to register a substitute, please email Customer Service. If you need to cancel, please note the following policies:
Cancellation Policy
Six or more business days prior: If you are not able to send a substitute, you may cancel at any time up 6 business days prior for a refund less $195 admin fee.
Less than six business days prior: If you cancel within 6 business days of the event, you get a credit for the full amount of your fee to be used for a future event for either yourself or a colleague from the same company valid for two years from the date of issue.
